- How do I go about getting an estimate from you?Well, since you are here, we would suggest you use our online estimate request form. Otherwise, the best way to ensure that we get all the information necessary to do an accurate quote, give us a call and talk with one of our customer service representatives.
- How do I submit my artwork for digital printing? We can accept several different file formats on both Mac and PC. We can accommodate files on Zip, Jaz, 3.5 disks, CD's and E-mails. The formats we accept is .AI, .EPS or .TIF (CMYK) - We do not accept Quark Express. The minimum file resolution is 300 dpi or 100 dpi at actual size. The file layouts must be in proportion and remember to include all support files. Please make sure all fonts that are used within your file are placed in a separate folder named "fonts". If you do not have the original fonts necessary for your file, or don't have enough disk space to copy them onto your disk, simply convert your fonts to outlines. Please convert files to CMYK and include specified PMS colors. This will avoid "out of gamut" colors and insure color consistency. We are a PC environment, but can read IBM/PC or Mac platforms. Just make sure that your files are saved in the PC byte order. If your file was created in CorelDraw, you have an option when saving/exporting your file that is very helpful for you and us. Be sure to save your Corel file to be read as Adobe Illustrator Format (i.e. ".ai").
PLEASE INCLUDE COLOR PRINT OUT WITH DISK.
- How long does it take for you to complete my order? That depends on what you order. Our normal turn around on digital printing is 3-5 days. On banner blanks, if you order before noon, we ship the same day. Screen print jobs are normally completed in 7-10 business days. Let us know when you need your job completed and we'll let you know if it can be done. We go to great lengths to meet your most stringent demands.
- What if I need a PMS color matched? We can match PMS colors when screen printing. Since digital printing is a different process, we cannot guarantee a match, however we can get very close. Please provide a color print out with your artwork.
